Hi guys, Long time no post. It's not often I jump on to my page....Just been having a little meander down memory lane and looking at a few of my cake posts. Anyway I'll be playing Warbucks in Annie in a few weeks if anyone local to me wants to come along and support a great local charity.

My last professional wedding cake. Set up in the beautiful Le Petit Chateau. Sunflowers and summer flowers, with rustic hessian and sage green ribbons. Semi naked ganache, with silver leaf and a crushed sugar finish.

It's not often you get asked to make a Bond themed wedding cake. So when I was asked, there was one aspect I wanted to incorporate....the gun sight swirls from the title sequence. I used the images provided as inspiration and went with the black and white colour scheme. Black petal ruffles for the bottom tier, bond sight swirls, then white with a bit of black and bling on top. Fresh flowers arranged to resemble the brides bouquet made by yours truly. Congratulations to Helen and Ian, I hope you enjoy your vanilla bottom tier, raspberry & white middle tier and Biscoff top tier.

Wedding cake set up at the gorgeous Healey Barn this morning. What a perfect venue, in the middle of the countryside. Simple semi naked ganache finished with edible crystals, pearls, and silver leaf. The fresh flower arrangements were made by myself and provided by The Flower Box Company in Felling.

Not cake related but i need the help of everyone who is North East based. I need help to promote this fantastic show. We need to fill the theatre as much as we can. Wedding cake set up this afternoon at Horton Grange Country House. Burgundy, navy and gold leaf with flowers to match the bridal flowers. It was a pleasure to design this cake and bring it all together. The flowers came from The Flower Box Company.
