Our favourite things about Sally’s, in no particular order…
Our cake counter.🤍
Forever changing, forever tempting, and probably the thing we get asked about most. There’s always something different going on, with vegan and gluten-free options alongside all the usual favourites. And everything is either baked by us or sourced locally. No mass-produced, sit-on-the-counter-for-a-week cakes here. Just really good cake, made properly.

Hand baked every single day and forever changing. We love having the freedom to bake whatever we fancy, use what’s good and in season, and keep the counter feeling different every time you come in. We’re also very aware that some of you have your favourites… sorry when they disappear.

Our VIRAL French toast.💋
Still slightly surreal to say that. Something we made because we thought it was really bloody delicious somehow ended up all over TikTok. And now people travel for it, queue for it and tell us it’s the reason they came to Sally’s in the first place. We’re not complaining.
The fact that we use local produce.
This one is really important to us. We use local produce wherever we can, and the best part is that we know the people behind so much of what we use. The makers, growers, bakers and producers. We know where it comes from, and we’re proud to put it on your plate.

Probably our favourite one of all.
The people who come back every week. The people who bring their friends. The people who know what they’re ordering before they’ve even sat down. The people who have watched Sally’s grow and somehow made it feel like their place too.
And the fact that people will queue to get in.We genuinely will never get used to that.🥹
Sally’s has always been about good food, proper coffee, local produce, homemade cakes and creating somewhere that people actually want to spend time.
So yes, we’re biased.
But we think those six things make Sally’s pretty special.
