School Leavers Cake! 🩵

A tear in my eye as I made this one for my son’s leaver’s party!

A vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and jam, shaped and fondant covered to look like their leavers hoody with all their names on the board.

This was the final cake made in a heatwave week which saw me flipping life and working through the night to beat the heat!

Star Wars isn’t my thing but my nephew is currently obsessed so I got on board and this cake was made with love!

A chocolate sponge filled with whipped chocolate ganache, fondant covered with a decorative red fondant, gold topped band. Football pitch scene on the top and a few fondant details around to Arsenal-ify it!

This was a special one! ❤️🩷

The inspiration for this cake was an Irish dancing dress! I was sent a picture of the dress and came up with a design to try and encapsulate it - keep swiping to see that original picture!

It was a vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and jam and covered with different panels of fondant. It was decorated with more fondant, various sprinkles, lots of gold paint and a few different techniques! Topped with a handmade fondant topper to replicate the headpiece and a personalised topper.

A gorgeous theme for a christening cake! This one had a 10” chocolate sponge filled with whipped chocolate ganache and an 8” vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and jam.
