Love when an idea comes together. When this cake was ordered all I was asked was chocolate cake, square, Lewis Capaldi and blue. So this is what I came up with.

Chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream in the centre.

Pictures just don’t do this cake justice. Had the pleasure of making this 21st birthday cake. I stepped right out my comfort zone but very happy with the end result.
