Wow we had a massive 42 prizes donated for our grand raffle yesterday
Thank you so much to everyone who donated and everyone that bought a raffle ticket.
We raised a Huge £653 towards our ward charitable funds Lincolnshire NHS Charity
It took an age to draw but we got there!!
Some prizes were collected on the day
Darby has a list of the other winners and will be contacting them on Monday

Together with two separate £50 donations we raised a total of £753.00
Monies like this have helped us to fund items like the memory tree and be able to offer relatives a memory leaf or bird on the tree. They have also helped us to purchase other extra things that help make the patients stay with us on the ward more comfortable Thank you!

Gosh what an emotional day it was yesterday on the ward.
We had approximately60 people join us to celebrate our 1st year ward ‘Birthday’ (one year in our new ward)and the launch of our memory tree in our ward garden purchased from our ward charitable funds Lincolnshire NHS Charity

The families of 9 patients of whom have passed away with us over the last year joined us to see the leaf or bird on the memory tree that they had chosen as a lasting memory of their loved one
It was such a privilege to be able to share this with them Thank you to everyone yesterday for making this happen

More fabulous donations of prizes for our grand raffle on Friday
We are overwhelmed by the donations and now have 40 prizes
How amazing is that?
Thank you Savoy Gainsborough and The Meatery and Dolly Birds mobile Hairdressers!
We can’t wait to share our afternoon with you and also let you know how money we raise for our Lincolnshire NHS Charity funds for the ward to use to benifit the patient journey

Gosh we are absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone that has donated to our grand raffle for our Birthday Party on Friday 18th!!
We have over 30 prizes and still more promised!
Here’s a few photos
Raffle tickets are available on the ward and the raffle will be drawn as part of our tea party on Friday
All raised will go towards our Lincolnshire NHS Charity ward funds to help buy those little extras to make our patients staff more comfortable
Over the next few weeks we will be sharing what we have spent funds on already Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust

A huge Thankyou to Horsleys of Gainsborough for kindly donating a £50 voucher for our grand raffle to be drawn at our Birthday party on September 18th
Proceeds will go into our ward charitable funds of which help us purchase the things that make patients stay with us more comfortable.

Can you believe it? ….on September the 18th we will have been in our new ward for a year!!
So in true Scotter Ward style we are having a party….a Birthday party!!🥳
We will be launching our memory tree bought from Lincolnshire NHS Charity funds (watch this space for more details)
We will also be having a grand raffle
