What a blast. Huge massive thank you to all my 2025 couples that voted for me! It wasn’t my year but I am so proud to have been nominated for a 3rd year! This kind of recognition is golden and absolutely spurs me on!

The last of my 2026 line up. Swipe to see ➡️➡️

I’m not sure how to describe this technique but I can tell you it’s absolutely beautiful.
Each petal is formed and individually placed to create a 3D flower. I chose the Florence stencil and picked out the individual flowers to build out and highlight in places. Adding some extra little flowers here and there.
As you know I’m a lover of white on white but I think I’m going to have to try this style with a pop of colour - I think some soft pinks and green would look stunning!

Naked - but only semi!

Semi naked cakes have such a relaxed elegant feel and are especially pretty when decorated with flowers and or/fruit!

They are also a fantastic option if you are looking for something budget friendly. 🤫

They’ve taken me a wee while to master as there is more skill than you’d think in getting the outside smooth with just the right amount of sponge showing and still locking in the crumbs! But as you can see in the last pic (which was my latest one), I’ve cracked it 🥰
