So, it’s been a long time since I posted anything. Covid and all, killed the parties. 😢 but we have some celebrations this year to look forward to, 😁 and so it begins. Had a 40th birthday this week, they wanted a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The request was for a tool box, as the birthday boy is very good at DIY.

Some little cupcakes I made for my fellow work colleagues, as it was our last day working together, so we had a little soirée to say goodbye to one another. ❤️❤️

They are: Chocolate fudge cupcakes with chocolate fudge frosting

Blood orange and cardamom cupcakes with blood orange and cardamom frosting with sugar frosted dehydrated blood orange slices

Lemon and poppy seed cupcakes with blackberry frosting topped with a blackberry

They were very much enjoyed by all.
