We’ve been keeping a bit of a secret…
A very special bun has been baking behind the scenes and their time in the oven is almost up! That means Lamina Bakery will be taking a pause for a while, and we only have a few more weeks of baking left!

If you want any pastries, this is your last chance to get them! Every week I will post our menu on our stories, and anyone is welcome to DM us with a pre-order. All our pastries (except the ones with custard in them) are easily frozen to be enjoyed for another day so if you want stock up ready for the coming seasons then this is your opportunity.

We are very excited about this next chapter and can’t wait to be back baking for all again with our newest team member 🐣🥐

Excited for a weekend of local markets with Frome Weekly Market tomorrow from 9am and Vegan Fairs CIC | Vegan Markets in the South West 🇬🇧 Bath vegan Market on Sunday from 10am in Green Park Station.

(Also next Thursday will be our last time in Bradford on Avon for a long while so find us while you still can!)

Sausage rolls are taking a little holiday but we still have your savoury fix sorted 👊🏻

Croissant pastry topped with caramelised onion, lemony whipped tofu, and heritage tomatoes marinated in extra virgin olive oil and lots of fresh herbs.
They’re juicy and refreshing!

Happy July!!

We have had the most sensational time off and are ready to come back with a bang! Our first market back will be with debuting our July special: cherry Bakewell 🍒 crispy rough puff pastry filled with cherry and tonka jam, almond frangipane and almond chunks, topped with cherry icing and fresh cherry 🍒
