Death by chocolate. A delicious triple, stacked chocolate cake to celebrate twins 18th. First layer is moist chocolate cake filled with whipped dark chocolate gnache. The middle layer has chocolate mud cake with caramel Swiss meringue icing and covered in caramel chocolate gnachetgen. Then the top layer is moist chocolate cake filled with cherry compot and covered in white chocolate Swiss meringue (think the best black forest gateaux). Finally decorated with chocolates. An outstanding six layer tiered celebration cake.
