Pie and pea suppers , Hot pot suppers , all of can be waited on also. Funeral teas are available on request also. We are a family bakery we have been around for well over 60 years now , we are now into our 3rd generation and are going as strong as e

ver. We are always on the look for new and exiting new products , for our customers . We try to give nothing but the best for our customers , pop into day and give us a try you wont be disappointed. A wide range of birthday cakes and wedding cakes are available, we can pretty much produce any cake you would like (within reason). We can also now put personalised pictures on cakes with the aid of our food printer.

There is a raffle on in the shop £1 a number to be drawn in June . It is for No Rainbows Without Rain - SSC . They are based in Workington and they fight poverty supplying food , clothes , childrens toys washers etc. This is to the local west cumbria area . There are 3 of them and they do a terrific job. Anyway the prize is a buffet for 10 people. ❤️ For a great cause please help thankyou 😊

Its been brought to our attention , that some individual has said we have refused to do Birthday cake for them . The story has not been fully told . One word ALLERGY . We have been asked to do peanut allergy birthday cake , we point blanked refused we also explained why. This is because we couldnt guarantee that any of our products would not contain nuts, or any other allergy item. This is because we do work with everything from nuts to fish in the bakery. We also have a full allergy system electeonically running in the background. We take our job very seriously. We wouldnt want for anyone to have a reaction to our products. We can cater for vegans , vegetarians and in some cases on buffets allergys . On birthday cakes and most products in here we cannot. If you do have requirements please do ask though we might be able to help , or as the case yesterday we couldnt. If you do hear the story about us refusing a cake the above reason is why.
