We are delighted to now be working with Farmstead Fayre and retailing some of their delicious Cranberry Chutney!

Cranberry is an ideal pairing with venison and would be a great addition to a juicy burger or served alongside a steak 🤤

HAMPERS

It's time!

What's in them?

- A Farmstead Fayre Gingerbread Loaf, a sweet and lightly warm ginger cake perfect with a cup of tea

- A Mini Whisky Fruit Cake, a beloved fruit cake which we added whisky to make it even better!

- Chutney, a staple every year it is hand made and jarred, use it in cooking or eat as is with cheese or oatcakes or anything!

- Mince Pies, we make our own mincemeat MONTHS, almost a year, in advance so it can develop in flavour. All handmade. These are something we are very proud of indeed.

- Shortbread, Light, buttery and melt in the mouth. This is one of the things we do best here at Farmstead Fayre.

- Chocolate Bark, Flakey Chocolate cut to melt on your tounge in just the right way.

Have you tried An Cafaidh Mara?!

Good Friday to you all! In addition to our Stiff Peaks carrot and custom made chocolate fudge cake we have easter muffins for sale as a wee treat supplied by Farmstead Fayre. Get one quick before they are gone! Beautiful day out there and the forecast is cracking for the next few days. Works are nearing completetion at the Thomas Telford Corpach Marina & Slipway Fort William and boats will be beginning to arrive! See you all soon and have a wonderful easter weekend! x

Is there a more noble tradition than a steak pie at Hogmanay?

The theory behind this tradition is that there was no holiday on Hogmanay many years ago. With no holiday no one had time to cook, so a BIG PIE from the local butcher was the solution.
