I hope you have all managed to catch some sunshine between the wintry showers!

We will be open reduced hours on Easter Monday

10am - 12 midday

Then back to normal hours on Tuesday for all your refill, gifty or bagel needs (well bagels needs will be met on Wednesday!) 😉

Bakery Days are Wednesday, Friday & Saturday with bread and bagels ready from approx. 11am.

Sourdough bread and bagels are made using the best of ingredients.

Just flour, water and salt with a little added wheatgerm, for the bread.

Flour, water, salt, yeast and malt extract for the bagels.

All organic off course.

Little bit of gift shopping, refill shopping and pick up a warm bagel just out the oven!

It's Monday again!

We are back to normal this work in terms of bakery Days! We will have sourdough and bagels on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Made from start to finish, by us, and baked in the shop. You can't get a more freshly baked loaf of bread.

And, all baking is made using Scottish organic stone milled flour. Stone milled retains more of the grains natural goodness compared to more industrial roller milled flours creating a tastier and more nutrious loaf.

A wee reminder that this week we will only have bread & bagels today (Wednesday 11th).

Next week will be back to normal with sourdough bread & bagels on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 😊

All our bread and bagels are made in the shop with organic ingredients.

Argh, my oven isnt working this morning and having explored multiple scenarios and spoken with helpful folks its not something we will be fixing ourselves anytime soon 😔

I still have many loaves of bread to bake and bagels. Thankfully our kitchen at the farm is a registered kitchen (in terms of environmental health!) so I will be able to bake some up there. Its just a very small oven in comparison......so bare with me!

But please, if you would like bread or bagels still come a little later - ill keep you posted on progress!!

Oh yay! Another reason its worth popping into Forres on Thursday evening - do some shopping, and a wee bit toe tapping! 😀

Many amazing shops open until 8pm 🎄

🎄🎁 The sound of pipes and drums will entertain shoppers on Thursday evening (18 Dec) when 14 town centre shops that would normally be closed are open till 8pm.

Forres and District Pipe Band have kindly agreed to play outside the Tolbooth from 6:30pm.

What a great evening this is turning out to be. Come for the shops, stay for the music!

Our festive opening times 😊

🥯 Bakery Days are are normal this week (week beginning 15th) - Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Christmas week we will have bread and bagels on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Orders as always can be taken.

We will the be closed over the festive period and look forward to opening up on the 5th January.

Yikes, its the last full week of festive shopping 🎄

We are open as usual this week and have a selection of wee gifts that are perfect if your needing that little stocking filler or something a little more.

Vouchers are also available!

Next week we will be baking Tuesday & Wednesday to try and get everyone's Christmas orders fulfilled.

If you woild like some bagels or a sourdough loaf please order ASAP as im a wee bit limited with what I can bake!
