The large cake is victoria sponge with jam and butter icing.
The top two are red velvet sponge filled with cream cheese frosting and finished with a white chocolate ganache.

I will not be doing anymore celebration cakes with sugar craft decoration (apart from the ones I have already agreed too and firmed in my diary). However, if you require a simple cake please do not hesitate to get in touch.
