Phil just delivering lots of our lovely loaves to Alison at the fabulous Re:Store in Lossiemouth, so if you are over that way get there early to get yours, we are also sending a few packs of our amazing Brazilian cheese breads if you are quick!

Amazing aromas drifting out of The Pantry this morning as I delivered some Brazilian Cheese bread, classic sourdough, Dark and Delicious (50% Wholemeal from Scotland The Bread) and our 100% Rye.

Today finally we are delivering Pão de Queijo - aka Brazilian Cheese Breads to the Phoenix... so long as we don't eat them all first!! Definitely worth braving the weather for. Full on dairy but made with Tapioca flour, so a goodie if you don't like to eat wheat or Gluten!

We are renaming our fabulous 100% wholemeal rye loaves... to better reflect their personality.. will leave the old names on for now, to as not to confuse everyone too much... Same delicious taste. Enjoy!!
