Pumpkin and Mummy cupcakes already for a local toddler group we are off to tomorrow. Vallina cake made with organic coconut sugar this was a new sugar to me but thought it was the perfect chance to try as its less sweet than normal caster sugar but leaves the cakes with a lovely caramel taste also a source of calcium so extra bonus when it comes to our little monsters they won't be bounce off the walls quite as much 😉 👻
