Hello Summer Honey 🍯
This has been collected from our bees on the edge of the New Forest. Our bet there's lots of bramble in there!

Heather Honey. With the dry weather we've just had we're not sure we're going to get much heather honey this year. The flower is outlander looking beautiful but put probably not producing much nectar. We'll keep you posted! 🐝

We felt it was time to 'tell the bees' about our new team member. 🐝

"Telling the bees" is an ancient Western European tradition where beekeepers inform their bees of major household eventsβ€”births, marriages, and especially deathsβ€”to keep them informed and prevent them from leaving or dying.

The queen is getting into a beautiful rhythm and the workers are collecting a lot of nectar and pollen.

All our hives made it through the winter and we've even split our first swarm. 🀞🏼 Here's to a great 2026.

The best day of the year! 🐝

Shop local, support small-scale beekeepers, and enjoy real honey, made by bees foraging on flowers!

After our recent trip to the Hampshire Honey Show, where we attended a talk about honey adulteration with Lynne Ingram, it is a scary situation that the public unknowingly consumes what is infact not honey. We wish there was a magic wand to stop the adulteration of honey around the world so people could just enjoy real honey from their local beekeeper.
