Rectangular Wedding Cake

I have wanted to make one of these for so long so was delighted when my couple chose this design! Set up at the chapelhouseestate which even in the rain looked amazing!

So many raspberries involved but doesn’t it look stunning with the Lambeth piping!

3 different flavours made up this 80cm cake…
- red velvet
- white chocolate & raspberry
- lemon & elderflower

Semi Naked Wedding Cake

This was such a pretty cake in such a lovely venue too! Loving the dusky blues & pinks with the semi naked rustic effect.

Flavours were
Vanilla with jam
Chocolate
Biscoff

Carrot Wedding Cake 🥕🥕

This was a 2 tier semi naked carrot cake for a wedding last weekend at Shires Oast at the Hop Farm

My lovely couple came for a tasting last year & decided on my classic carrot cake with walnuts, then vanilla buttercream for one tier & orange buttercream for the top tier.

I added faux flowers & their own topper provided by the couple to match their theme.

This one was such a fun creative challenge - a “half and half” wedding cake blending a romantic fairytale theme on one side with a bold graphic novel/anime-inspired theme on the other. All set up at the beautiful hytheimperialhotelweddings

Vanilla, Biscoff, and white chocolate & raspberry inside, and every detail put together to tell both halves of their story.

Every princess deserves a cake as special as she is 👑 This one was made for Isla’s 4th birthday. Chocolate sponge under sugarpaste, with a hand-made crown topper and all her favourite characters keeping her company. So much fun to make!
