I’ve always loved baking and knew from the age of 12 that that’s what I wanted to do for my job! I became a Chef, then a Pastry Chef and a Baker, and then I set up on my own making cakes. I love experimenting with flavours (and yes, they don’t always work, but if you never try!!) and adapting traditional flavours into modern cakes. I provide Cakes (Bespoke, Novelty, Wedding), Cupcakes, Wholesale c

akes and Traybakes. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m hanging out in my cake room making lots of Sugar flowers and improving my skills. I spend as much time as possible with friends and family and being on holiday as much as I can too! Operational Realities: Beyond just ingredients, the energy required for ovens, along with insurance, equipment and marketing fees, make for very tight margins.
