Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager:
We are a dynamic and customer-focused restaurant committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention
Requirements -
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of financial management and budgeting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software

Requirements
Previous experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
