Well, good afternoon!

We're looking forward to being back at Elvetham Heath this Sunday, (it's been a while, hasn't it?!). So for one day only, come down and see us again for old time's sake, and stock up on all your favourites, because who knows when we'll be allowed back!

We'll also be at Walton farmers' market on Saturday as normal too! ❤️🍰

We're so excited for RoniB's Kitchen to be joining us at the Elvetham Heath Food Festival on Sunday 6th September from 10am to 4pm.

Our flagship Adobo Sauce — and the recipe that started with my family. 🇵🇭

In the Philippines, every family has their own way of making adobo. Every region has its own version too. This jar is based on my family’s recipe, made easy for busy kitchens.

And no — Filipino adobo isn’t naturally spicy! It’s different from Mexican or Spanish adobo. But if you like heat, add chilli. Or make it your own with coconut milk, lemongrass or your favourite vegetables.

A few easy ways to cook with it:

🥩 Meat: 1 jar for around 500g
🍆 Aubergine & vegetables: start with ½ jar
🐟 Fish: lightly fry first, then pour over ½ jar

Serve with rice and fresh tomatoes for a simple, satisfying meal. One jar can serve around 4–6 people, depending on what you're cooking.

The sauce does the heavy lifting — so you can put a flavour-packed meal on the table without breaking a sweat. And one of our favourite bits of customer feedback? Kids love it too!

There may be a thousand and one ways to cook adobo. This is ours. ❤️
