BAKE AT HOME BROWNIE KIT

Hi!!
I'm going to be selling a bake at home brownie kit for Valentines day. The profits made from this will go towards buying and gemming new leotards for my daughters gymnastic trio partnership.

WHY?
Amelia, Ella and Matilda are working so hard together. We gym m**s want to do all we can to support them and one great way to help with their confidence and positive mental energy is to get them kitted out in new leo's that they've helped design themselves. So when they walk onto the floor at their next comp they not only feel their best due to their rigorous training but look their best too!

We want to raise money but it's always awkward just asking for donations so this will be an honest exchange of goods for cash! Plus I want to teach matilda she can do anything she wants with a bit of entrepreneurial spirit!!

Calling all cake makers...

I'm gauging interest...

Would anyone be interested in a cake class on how to make this cake?

Are you bored of only being capable of simple buttercream cakes? Are you ready to take on a new challenge?
This cake is surprisingly doable to a novice cake maker, if I were to guide you.
I could show you how.
Complete newbies would be best taking another one of my classes first off to gain some experience simply due to the pace this lesson would move at.
You'd learn the best cake to use to carve, how to ganache, the best types of fondant that I use to achieve a flawless finish. Modelling skills for those little details and clever ways to make your cake pop so that it wows your guests!

The price for an in house class would be in the region of £200-£250 (depending upon class numbers) to cover the hours of teaching (1-2days) plus materials, access and use of tools etc. I'd also advise you on how to price accordingly if selling a cake like this to a customer.
You could even starting selling them and get your investment back!

All of the skills you will learn are transferable so would help you massively with other cake projects in the future!!

If I were to do it as an online class that you could watch from home, learn and copy at your own pace with access to an online support group it would be around £30-£40
