Good morning everyone. As I have received so many messages, just a quick word about The Sourdough Sisters bakery in Middleton. I will start by welcoming them to the village and wishing them all the best for their new venture. Some people might think that it could be a problem to have 2 sourdough bakers in the same village but I don’t. I believe we have different products, different service…and at the end, I would prefer to see it as complimenting each other. I specialise as a bread baker with home delivery and they bring you a lovely cafe where you can meet with people and enjoy all their sweet treats and lunches. There is enough place for all of us and I believe wor king together instead of against each other will make both of us stronger. So please support your local businesses! Have a lovely day!
