I have always had a love for baking and decorating cakes.

I make bespoke cupcakes and cakes to suit your occasion - birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas, Easter, Motherโ€™s day, Welcome Home, or just because a cake or two will add to your celebration. I am registered with Swale Borough Council with a 5* Hygiene rating. I hold Public Liability insurance, Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety training and FSA Food Allergy online training.

Apparently, today is National Macaron Day. These French delicate confections are made with almond flour, egg white, and icing sugar, often coloured and sandwiched together using a variety of fillings. They make an elegant addition to an afternoon tea and I have used them to decorate cakes.
These are one of my more successful attempts... I don't always have success making them ๐Ÿ˜Š
