Just back from my holiday, and realised my grid has been seriously neglected 🫣 here's a gorgeous shot from a couple of years ago, whilst I get my ducks in a row and gather up images from this year so far to post!

Pearls are always a classic ✨️

Falling petals.

That Barnabas Blattgold edible gold just catches the light in all the right places ✨️
It feels complete with a Prop Options 30mm spacer, and I think this is one of my favourite designs this summer.

Even the cake can have a golden hour ✨️

A simply stunning shot from L&Js wedding a few weeks ago. Flavours of Raspberry & Rosewater for the top tier, zesty lemon on the bottom.

👋👋Hello, I’m Jess - designer, baker, and creative heart behind Flour and Fold.

For the past seven years I’ve specialised in creating refined, contemporary cakes for life’s most meaningful celebrations and events. Every design is thoughtfully created to feel effortlessly elegant, deeply personal, and perfectly in sync with your day.

Based in West Oxfordshire, I live with my husband and our two young children, life is certainly a juggle! Flour and Fold is my full-time job, and to preserve the level of artistry, care, and attention each couple deserves, I intentionally limit my diary to a maximum of eight weddings per month.
Inspired by modern romance, beautiful styling, and the details that make a celebration uniquely yours, my greatest joy is seeing a couple’s vision come to life - that moment is beautiful 💕

I’m fortunate to collaborate with some exceptional wedding suppliers and I'm always delighted to share trusted recommendations to help shape your dream team. If you need any recommendations, just ask!

Away from the kitchen, you’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand tending to my dahlias, training for my first 10k, playing for Faringdon Women’s Cricket Team, or searching for my next opportunity to swim in the sea - slightly ambitious for someone living firmly inland (this usually involves a holiday!)

My diary is open for late 2026 weddings, and good availability for 2027 and 2028. I can't wait to chat!

Jx

Each kit contains everything you need to make Jess's award-winning triple chocolate brownies at home — packed with mini eggs and loaded with flavour. With organic ingredients and our popular chocolate mini eggs, packed in recyclable paper bags, and a baking tray is included. You just add eggs and butter.
• Organic ingredients
• Zero plastic packaging
• Award-winning recipe card included
• Makes a gorgeous Easter gift

When Jess approached us and suggested a collaboration it was a no-brainer, especially when her brownies taste so good. We love that this kit contains Jess’s special brownie recipe card to keep and use again and again - usually retailing at £15 - and a recyclable tray to make it in so all you have to do is enjoy the process of baking.
