Lots of people ask if you can freeze the buns. Yes absolutely, they are perfect to freeze.

The buns are always baked in the morning so that you can enjoy them fresh or freeze them for another day.
Just defrost them or pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and they are as lovely again.
