The placard shows an image taken from the magazine Private Eye (link below).
The person in the photo was arrested for holding that placard. I do not wish to express my opinion about the placard. But I am very troubled by someone being arrested for exercising there right to free speech. I believe this is a significant overreach of police powers and is detrimental to our freedom of expression. Regardless of whether you agree or disagree with the placard, you should be concerned about the erosion of our liberties.
