I wasn't going to add this because Sweet Dreams doesn't 'do' big cakes. But I made it for a friend's daughter and I'm really quite pleased with how it has turned out. Not quite professional standard, but I think it will pass!

No Saturday kitchen. 😔
I've decided to concentrate on made-to-order Cupcakes and CakePots from now on.
Orders are coming in steadily and I need to ensure that I'm giving every bake my very best, as well as setting aside some precious "me" time.

(I am also trying to lose weight and eating the cakes that I didn't sell on a Saturday was slowing down my progress!! 😂)

Free range eggs.

When you buy eggs from free range chickens rather than battery hens, you are not only ensuring that the birds are happy and healthy, but also that you'll get a far more superior egg. Thus meaning that it's almost certainly more nutritious too.
And with the yolks being such a gorgeous orange rather than a pale yellow, cake sponge is consequently a beautiful colour as well!
