Happy Saturday!
It’s a chilly sunny morning in the village and I’m hoping that means it’ll be a busy day! I’ve got a new cake in the fridge today it’s an iced gingerbread! It is delicious and I’ve a feeling you’re all going to love it! If you’re out and about today why not come and get a slice!

Another week in and the village really is stunning the change of seasons is bring with it some beautiful colours! It’s stunning day to visit Falkland so if you’re out and about please pop in and say hello!

Happy Thursday!
Have you ever tried our jammie dodger blondie? If you’ve not then you’re missing out! Our vanilla blondie with raspberry jam and white chocolate chips topped with Jammie dodgers it’s so delicious. The smell when it comes out the oven is one of my favourite smells in the bakery! Why not get yourself a bit the next time you’re in!

Happy Wednesday!
I’m back did you miss me? I’ve one extra day off this week and feel like I’ve been off for a week! However it’s very much back to the grindstone this morning and it’s very hot so much to be getting on with that I haven’t left the kitchen yet! Soup today is a very scrummy sweet potato and chorizo it’s delicious! If you’re out and about why not pop in and see us!

Happy Tuesday!
As walks to the bakery go you can’t beat this walk this morning it’s just lovely. We’re open right through until half past 4 and we’ve got Julie back from her holiday today. I know you’ve all missed her so why not pop in and say hello! Get yourself a coffee while you’re there I’m not joking when I say it’s the best coffee on the planet! Remember preorders for Christmas cake are still open and bulk ordering of pies on the website is available!

Can we take just a wee minute to talk about Christmas? Or Christmas cake to be precise! Preorders for Christmas cake are officially open if you’d like a Christmas cake made for you by yours truly then it’s time to get in touch! Happy Sunday!
Wow what a busy day we had in the village yesterday it was so lovely seeing so many people! I’ve just been into the bakery and I can confirm that mum has done a fantastic job of getting all the shelves stocked back up ready for you all! She’s joined by Rachel and Claire today so if you’re in the village why not go see them! Enjoy your Sunday everyone!

Here’s a wee taster of what you could get if you ordered your pies through the website! Steak and haggis pies are one of our most popular pie and I can definitely see why they’re delicious! Our homemade steak in a rich meaty gravy topped with a slice of haggis so so tasty!

It’s almost the weekend and the start of the school October holidays! After a hectic start to my day I can promise that the shelves are once again fully
stocked for the day! Our soup today is a very tasty tattie & leek and I’ve made another pumpkin spice latte cake which you simply have to try!
