21 years ago, my big sister had a wedding cake she never got the chance to taste... so for her birthday, I decided to recreate a smaller version with a little twist.
Inspired by her original wedding cake, this one is all about rich chocolate ganache, deep red roses and a few special details to make it all her (the fringe!!!...lf you know you know)

A little piece of her wedding day, recreated 21 years later - and this time, she actually got to eat it!
