Vegan cupcakes! Full vegan from top to toe, boscoff cupcakes with a biscoff filling, biscoff buttercream and biscoff biscuits next to lemon sponge with lemon curd and buttercream topped with lemon filled biscuits and more curd!

One if my favourite cakes to make! I made this a few months ago for and 's 10th wedding anniversary a chocolate orange and a diam cake!

Bottom cake was a chocolate orange sponge filled with a rich chocolate ganache and a sharp orange curd. Finished with a vanilla meringue buttercream in the wedding colours.

This was then topped with a brown sugar caramel sponge, filled with butterscotch and covered in a caramel buttercream. Finally finished with a teal and gold Swiss meringue.

A chocolate and vanilla dream! A simple vanilla sponge with a chocolate ganache buttercream, the perfect marriage!.

Been rather slow on here recently, been incredibly busy with uni and student nursing in! Plus everything else life has to chuck at you too (and forgetting to take photos) so apologies for the gap in posts!.
