Who’s your horror icon? ⚰️

A little collection dedicated to some of the faces that made horror what it is — Brandon Lee as Eric Draven in The Crow, Tim Curry's original Pennywise, Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger, Regan from The Exorcist, Stripe from Gremlins 2 and, of course, Chucky.
Six coffin cake pops. Six absolute icons from films that horror fans have watched, rewatched, quoted and obsessed over for decades.
Hand decorated with edible artwork and finished individually to match each character — because the details are half the fun when you're making something for people who genuinely love the films.
Now the difficult bit: which one gets eaten first? ⚰️

Yes. He did have atomic breath... With a fountain spark candle!

Taking it back to the Godzilla I grew up with — the huge, heavy, slightly terrifying Kaiju of the 90s.

I kept all the bits I love — the heavy reptilian skin, massive jaws, ridiculous teeth and fiery eyes — then pushed his expression slightly more cartoony for fun!

This sculpted cake takes its inspiration from Toho's Heisei-era Godzilla, with a little nod to the incredible practical effects work of Koichi Kawakita and the teams who gave those films their unmistakable look.

All hand sculpted, textured and painted, right down to the cracked lava beneath him.

90s Kaiju. Just considerably more edible.

Gremlins 2 is still criminally underrated. 🍿

This was a surprise birthday cake for my sister Katy Hoole , and because The New Batch has always been one of our favourite creature features, it just HAD to be something iconic.

Rather than recreate a scene, I wanted it to feel like you'd just walked into a 1990 midnight screening. Sculpted Gizmo bursting out of a cinema popcorn bucket, classic 3D glasses and a movie ticket packed with hidden references for the fans.

I make bespoke cakes, bento boxes, cake pop boxes, wedding cakes, sweet tables and event orders inspired by the things you actually give a s**t about.

Horror. Cult films. Music. Gaming. TV. Characters you’ve based half your personality on. The more specific, strange or completely unhinged the idea, the better.

Everything is made to fit the person, the theme and the occasion—not pulled from a catalogue and changed to match a colour scheme.

𝙊𝙪𝙩. 𝙁𝙤𝙧. 𝘼. 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠. 𝘽𝙄𝙏𝘾𝙃

I've been a massive fan of Buffy for as long as I can remember, the third cake I ever made was inspired by it, so it would have been rude not to head out to Comic Con Manchester to check out the Buffy/ Angel panel,and meet the face behind one of my favourite characters James Marsters and what a bloody lovely human he is! And his words of tribute to Anthony head being the nicest human we're a stake to the heart. Yeah, I said it.

Now I know I usually stalk people with cake but James isn't really a fan of sugar, so unfortunately I wasn't able to yeet my usual coffin pops at my unsuspecting victim, but still... That mugshot was still worth it, even if the rain made my hair look like a bloody pot noodle.

That son's of anarchy panel though, those f*ckers were HILARIOUS! Watching Mark and Tommy bicker and mess about was the highlight of all the panels... And apologies for making Kim sing after being encouraged by the staff to ask him 😬

We also bumped into some of our fave faces Kyle Williams
And his beaut Elise Heywood and the little one (how bloody cute is his good guys dungarees though 😭) sorry guys, no treats this time, but were so excited that Kyle will be opening the doors to his new studio Elm Street soon, and we're obviously gonna have to head over there for some fresh ink (and probably cake) can't wait 🤙🏻

There was a purpose for this little trip out of the kitchen... We were scoping the market to see if we should apply for next year's comicon... And I think we absolutely should! It would be wicked to get all my pop- culture ideas on the shelves and in the mouths of all the fans! I'm a big ole nerd and it would be wicked to serve up some new stuff to Manchester!

Some artists leave behind more than music.
Per Yngve "Dead" Ohlin became one of the defining figures of Norwegian black metal, remembered for his unmistakable stage presence, co**se paint and the lasting influence he had on the genre during his time with Mayhem Official

This coffin cake was created for Stanley Norwegian whose connection to Dead goes far beyond simply listening to the music. It now lives and breathes through her veins and flows influence into her own music fronting GraveScreams
Along with 𝕶𝖑𝖚𝖋𝖋𝖜𝖞𝖗𝖒 who approached me to pay a sweet homage to one of his best friends most loved artists for her birthday.

Every detail, from the monochrome palette to the edible portrait, was designed as a tribute to an artist whose legacy continues to inspire black metal fans around the world.
