Calling All New Mamas!
Are you looking for a gentle way to connect with other mothers while nurturing your own wellbeing?
Thula Mama is a beautiful harmony singing group where mothers and babies come together to share songs and chants from around the world. It's so much more than singing - Find your voice, build community, and create precious moments of connection with your little one and other mamas who truly understand the journey.
No singing experience needed - songs are taught by ear, so don't worry if you can't read music or think you're not musical. Babies are welcomed and cherished as part of our circle. We provide bottomless tea, cake and biscuits because nothing beats a proper cuppa and something sweet while connecting with other women.
This is a supportive community of like-minded mothers where acceptance, honesty and shared experiences matter. It's as much about our collective struggles as it is about finding ways to overcome them, and ultimately about the love we have for our babies, for each other, and learning to show love to ourselves too.

When & Where:
Mondays 10:30am to 11:30am

Doors open at 10am for settling in and chat.

Your first taster session is just £1
After that, we work on a sliding scale from £4 to £10 depending on what you can afford, or you can book blocks of classes.

Thula Mama is a harmony singing group for mothers and their new babies, drawing on songs and chants from around the globe for an uplifting experience in a friendly community of Mamas.

No particular singing ability or experience is necessary, and songs are passed on orally, so no need to read music.
