We were looking for a while to introduce the best sourdough bread in our area and we are finally there! It took us a couple of month to tweak the recipe, fermentation times, folds, shaping techniques and more and finally we can safely say we upped our game and produce an awesome loaf of bread!

Our Bakehouse is small and the equipment is limited, in particular when it comes to temperature control but we use different techniques to make sure the result is not less than excellent.

It is bl**dy hard work, but we love it ❤️
