This buttery brown sugar sponge is definitely a good choice as the weather cools and we head into Autumn🍂🍁 With warm notes of cinnamon and loaded with chunky pieces of apple, it's truly delicious. Finished with a buttery crumble and drizzled with a cinnamon glaze.

Great as a slice of cake or warmed with cream, custard or ice cream as a delicious desert 🥰
