This 3ft long beauty was actually made up of four individual cakes, carefully finished and decorated to look like one seamless cake:

🍫 Chocolate
❤️ Red velvet
🤎 Salted caramel
🍋 Lemon

All brought together with classic vintage-style piping and the sweetest “Forever & Always” message on top. 🤍

A little bit of something for everyone and definitely not one I could fit in the fridge! The struggle on this one real! 😂

🤍 A LITTLE BIT COUNTRY… & A LOT OF LOVE 🤠🌿

I absolutely loved creating this very personal wedding cake. 🤍

An 8” vanilla sponge layered with raspberry and vanilla buttercream, finished with a soft semi naked buttercream finish and a cascade of handcrafted sugar flowers and foliage.

But the stars of this one have to be those hand-modelled cowboy boots. 🤠 Every little detail was made by hand, right down to the delicate edible lace on the bride’s boot, one of those details that took a little patience but was so worth it!

I love wedding cakes that tell you something about the couple, and this one certainly does. Simple, rustic, completely personal and made with so much love. 🤍

Congratulations to the happy couple wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness. 🥂✨

There’s something extra special about making a cake when the birthday girl has no idea it’s coming! 🥰

A gorgeous 10” & 8” two tier chocolate cake, finished in white chocolate buttercream with pretty black hearts, satin bows and those beautiful ruffled edges. 🤍🖤

I absolutely loved the monochrome design on this one, simple, feminine and just a little bit dramatic for a very special 21st birthday. ✨

And of course, the tiny heart over the i in Georgia was a must🖤

Sometimes you just can’t beat a classic chocolate cake. 😍

This 8” chocolate cake was made to celebrate a very special 60th birthday, with layers of rich chocolate sponge and silky white chocolate buttercream.

Finished simply with chocolate pieces, truffles and a touch of chocolate crumb, then topped with a sparkly navy 60th topper for that little bit of birthday glamour. ✨

Simple, elegant and most importantly plenty of chocolate! 🍫🤎

Pink Cupcakes for Breast Cancer Now 🎀

This one is very close to my heart.

Last year, just after her 30th birthday, my daughter Shannon was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was news that changed our whole family’s world and began a journey none of us ever imagined we would be facing.

So on 23rd October, I’ll be turning Tam’s Cakes & Cookies pink and baking special boxes of pink themed cupcakes to raise money for Breast Cancer Now. 💗

Every box sold will help me raise funds for a charity supporting vital breast cancer research, care and support for people affected by breast cancer.

There will be a limited number of boxes available, so if you would like to order one, please send me a message. 🎂🎀

This isn’t just another day of baking for me. Every cupcake will be made with an enormous amount of love, for my beautiful Shannon and for every family whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.

Thank you, as always, for supporting my little business and for helping me support a cause that now means so very much to our family and while I have your attention, please give Shannon’s little business some love too. I’m incredibly proud of everything she continues to do littletotshollow 💗

🍫✨ Chocolate heaven for an 18th birthday! ✨🍫

This indulgent 8” chocolate cake was made to celebrate a very special 18th birthday. 🤎

Layers of rich chocolate sponge filled with whipped chocolate ganache, covered in silky white chocolate ganache and finished with a gorgeous melted chocolate plate drip.

And because you can never have too much chocolate, it was topped with macarons, Ferrero Rocher and plenty of chocolate treats, finished with a sparkly gold 18 topper. ✨

I absolutely loved making this one. Simple, elegant and VERY chocolatey! 🤎🎂

⌚✨ A TIMELESS 21ST BIRTHDAY CAKE ✨⌚

Something a little different from me and I absolutely loved creating this one! 💚

An 8” Victoria sponge cake transformed into an iconic green watch box to celebrate Harrison’s 21st birthday. Finished with gold detailing, the signature crown and, of course, a watch on top for that extra special finishing touch. ✨

Inside is a classic soft vanilla sponge layered with buttercream and jam. 🍰

I love creating cakes that are completely personal to the person receiving them, and this was such a fun design to bring to life.

This 8” vanilla cake was created for Ava’s 4th birthday, with a beautiful princess theme in soft, pretty colours. 💕

Vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, finished with buttercream princess dresses, gold details and a fairytale castle backdrop. 👗✨🏰

I absolutely loved creating all the little details on this one especially those buttercream dresses! 🥰

A bright, bold and very pink cake for a special celebration! 💕🎶

This 7” strawberry cake was made with layers of soft strawberry sponge and strawberry buttercream, finished in those gorgeous deep pink tones with musical notes, edible pearls and a personalised handmade topper for Eloise. 🎵✨

I absolutely loved putting this one together, such a fun theme and I love how the different shades of pink and berry turned out. 💗

Every cake is made individually to suit your celebration from the flavour right through to all those little finishing details. 🥰

A little cake with a surprise on each side for Rosie’s 2nd birthday. 💕

One side featuring pretty pink Paw Patrol details, then spin it around to reveal Minnie Mouse because when you’re two and you love them both, why choose? 🥰

Inside was a delicious 6” Biscoff cake, finished with soft pink buttercream, handmade fondant details and sweet little balloon decorations. 🎈

I absolutely loved making this one for our gorgeous Rosie a cake designed especially around the things she loves. 💗

Happy 2nd Birthday to our youngest Granddaughter ! 🎂✨
