"Exceptional, delicious, spectacular and very moist. What more can I say, but they all loved it. Plenty left over for neighbour as well. Thank you. Very rich and chocolatey chocolate cake. Layers or light genoise sponge and rich chocolate ganache. Its making my mouth water. Light on the decoration, with just a few maltesers and crumbled flake. Delicious!

Another cake commission. Vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream and raspberry jam. Iced in white fondant with a jelly been theme. Never done that before, but thats what the client requested, and she was very happy. ❤️

Record fair today!!!

A light genoise chocolate sponge with a soft rich chocolate ganache, then covered in maltesers, crunchy and chocolate fingers. Absolutely delicious!

This is a gluten free and dairy free Victoria sponge with dairy free butter cream and raspberry jam. It tasted delicious and the recipient was very very happy.
