A light genoise chocolate sponge with a soft rich chocolate ganache, then covered in maltesers, crunchy and chocolate fingers. Absolutely delicious!

This is a gluten free and dairy free Victoria sponge with dairy free butter cream and raspberry jam. It tasted delicious and the recipient was very very happy.

Yummy rich fruit cakes, made well in advance so plenty of time to mature and plenty of alcohol feeding time. Covered in a layer of golden marzipan then iced to the customers specification. It was a tough job as they smelt so good, i almost cut myself a slice of each!
