*MALLARD HOME BAKES* ... Proprietor: Nicola Byers Mallard Home Bakes is a small home bakery business which provides fresh products daily. The bakery is situated at 49 Main Street, Ballinamallard - which is adjacent to Spar supermarket in the village. The Home-Made bakery is well known for their fresh produce of different flavoured scones. They are mixed by hand, leaving them light & tasty without any additives or preservatives!! Our most popular scone is the Coconut...followed closely by Fruit...Cherry...Wheaten...Treacle & Plain.
We also have Raspberry & White Chocolate and Pear & Almond which is available to order. Show that special little someone just how much they mean to you. Whether it's a cake, cupcake or dessert, we have it! From celebrating birthdays, christenings, new jobs, hen parties, baby shower cakes, anniversaries - the list is endless! Just make sure to book as quickly as you can, our diary is filling up fast! Also in high demand are our fresh Raspberry & White Chocolate, Blueberry & White Chocolate, Lemon & Poppy Seed Muffins, Toffee-Apple Muffins for Hallowe'en, & Double Choc Muffins. We pride ourselves with trying our utmost to treat our customers as individuals and make sure we meet demands of our you all. Mallard Home Bakes also provide Welsh Cheesecakes...Coconut Macaroons...Buttercream Tops...Nutella Chocolate Tops...Lemon Curd Buns...White & Milk Chocolate Topped Buns... The to die for * CHOCOLATE BROWNIES * ...Delicious as a traybake but even more devine served as a dessert - Just heat slightly & enjoy with fresh cream or ice-cream....or even custard.
