Hello Frog Hollow Fans, I hope you are having a good week.

As a small business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to get your business noticed. There’s so much competition out there, and sometimes you just need the opportunity to meet other local business owners in your local area.

That’s why I’m helping to organise our next Emsworth Loves Local networking evening.

It’s a chance for local small businesses, self-employed people and start ups to meet, chat, share ideas and make useful connections — in a relaxed and friendly setting.

📅 Thursday 12th November
🕕 5pm - 7pm
📍 Sussex Brewery, Emsworth
🎟️ FREE to attend, booking is essential.

You don’t have to be an Emsworth business to come along — we’d love to welcome local businesses of all kinds.

And if you’re not a small business yourself, you probably know someone who is!

👉Please share this post with your friends, family or anyone you know who runs a small business. You could help them make a valuable connection.

Let’s support each other and help more of our fantastic local businesses get noticed.

Hello Frog Hollow Fans,
Back in 2016 - 10 yrs ago! I was training for the Great South Run...thank you Facebook for the memory reminder..it got me thinking about that day...🤔
....As we neared the finish line, we were greeted with hundreds of jelly babies! 🍬 Now, I’m all for a treat, but I’d brought my own energy bites with me, so I chose to eat those instead.

And as it turned out, that was a pretty good decision! By the time we reached the finish, there were quite a few runners looking rather green after scoffing handfuls of sweets! 🤢

👉My top tip for runners? Choose a snack that gives you slow-release energy rather than a quick sugar rush followed by the inevitable crash.

💚My plantbased energy bites are made with natural ingredients and are the perfect little pick-me-up before, during or after a busy day.

😋🏃‍♀️ Super snacks for super runners!

Available from Naked Pantry Emsworth and Ritual in Waterlooville.

When life gets busy. Really busy....

Work, family, school, appointments, cooking, errands… and somewhere along the way, looking after ourselves can slip right to the bottom of the list.

But taking care of you doesn’t have to mean a complete lifestyle overhaul.

🥗 Eat nourishing food
🍫 Buy healthy snacks
😴 Get enough sleep
🌿 Move your body
💚 Make time for friends
☕ And give yourself a little breathing space

Small things, done regularly, can make a big difference to how we feel.

So this is your little reminder today: you matter too.

Don’t wait until you’re exhausted to start looking after yourself. 💚

Hello Frog Hollow Fans, I need your help..... 💚 🙏

Sales of my luxury chocolate fudge at Naked Pantry in Emsworth have been a little slow lately, and I completely understand why! After the hot summer, perhaps chocolate wasn’t quite what you were looking for. 😎🔥

But… autumn has arrived! 🍂🧤 The evenings are drawing in, the cosy jumpers are coming out and surely it’s time for a little chocolate treat again! 🍫

So, if you’re looking for something delicious and a little bit special, please think about the *small&local* businesses.

🍫My handmade luxury chocolate fudge is made in small batches with dark chocolate, medjool dates and nut butters — and the Naked Pantry is one of the very few places you can buy it.

👉Please support Brad and Kharran at the Naked Pantry and pop in to see what delicious treats they have in store.

💚Every purchase really does make a difference to a small independent business — and it helps keep Frog Hollow going too.

Thank you, as always, for supporting my small business. It means more than you know.

A lovely way to spend a sunny weekend ☀️👩‍🍳

I was helping prepare food for a birthday party and it was great to be back working alongside another catering team, creating food for a special celebration.

After more than 25 years as a chef, I still enjoy the variety that this industry brings. Every event is different and it's always a pleasure to help out when needed.

😎Hope you've all been enjoying the sunshine too!
