Hi all, so the time off from caking has helped with sorting my head and life out and I'm getting settled in to my new "normal" of living with menopause and grief 😔 so many thanks to you all for your patience and understanding.

Cakes are starting up again now and there will be some mini Christmas cakes again this year available from 15th December.

I've started doing more things on my bucket list which has been good for my mental health (before I get too old 🤣) and this Saturday I'm doing a firewalk and raising money for Arthur Rank Hospice.

Should have done this a while back but head and common sense have not been in the best of places for many reasons over the past six months. Apologies to everyone who has tried to contact me but currently not taking on any orders in order to heal heart and head. Normal service will resume hopefully after the summer so please bear with me. I just need a few months to put myself back together again. ###

This was a challenge so it deserves its own post 😁

This Marshall JVM410H/1960A Angled Half Stack is all cake and to scale (well the original measurements were 🤣 but things change slightly once you start assembling things and tweaks were made, so definitely didn't end 100% accurate) but maths and diy where needed to get this bad boy completed, so my brain now hurts 🤣🤣
The fender telecaster is also to scale in its own right but not to scale to amp and yes there is wire used for guitar strings, the only way I could see to do it.

It's a first for me and definitely involved some very late nights and wishing for an extra pair of hands but loved the end result and while I look at it and see all the flaws hopefully you guys will see it and just love the fact that it's made out of cake. 🥰🥰🥰
