This gorgeous 21st birthday cake for Lilly went out a few days ago.
A delicious gluten-free chocolate cake, finished with smooth vanilla buttercream, a glossy pink drip and a sparkling pink cake board.
Decorated with beautiful faux pink flowers, alongside strawberries & cream Lindor balls and

My second Jellycat cake went out this week. Two generous layers of golden sponge, sandwiched with delicious swirls of creamy buttercream. The top is finished with a generous piping of the same, and decorated with fresh strawberries for a lovely pop of colour.
I love all the little Jellycat-inspired details, including the cheeky little feet peeking out from underneath, and the personalised Jellycat tag tied on with a bright red ribbon.
This cake is playful, fun and full of those little details that make a bespoke birthday cake so special.

A beautiful 60th birthday Victoria Sponge, made with light, fluffy vanilla sponge layers filled with delicious strawberry jam and finished with a smooth, creamy buttercream frosting.
The cake is decorated with elegant piped buttercream swirls around the top and base, topped generously with a colourful selection of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries. This stunning two-tier celebration cake featuring a rich purple and white colour palette headed out of my kitchen yesterday. Perfect for a very special 50th birthday celebration. The bottom cake is a zesty lemon sponge layered with sweet tangy lemoncurd, and the top cake is a classic Victoria sponge filled with fruity strawberry jam, the cake is finished with smooth white buttercream, a dramatic deep purple chocolate drip and beautifully decorated with an abundance of pink, lilac and deep purple flowers, creating a gorgeous floral centrepiece.
This cake was frosted in a sweltering 35°C heat, which made the process incredibly challenging! Keeping the buttercream firm and the cake stable in those temperatures certainly put my patience to the test — but I’m so pleased with how it turned out!
