8 tiers of beauty. This took 7 days to create and a lot of hours. All flowers were handcrafted from . This comprises of 3 base dummy tiers and 5 cake tiers. The top 5 tiers were edible, created with vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream, and raspberry conserve and then covered in .

What a busy week. Creating this amazing 8 tiered wedding cake for a beautiful bride and groom. This cake comprises of 3 tiers which were dummy tiers. 5 of the top tiers were real cake, vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve. Ganached in white chocolate then covered in white fondant. All the flowers were handcrafted from flowerpaste. It's been a very long process but I've enjoyed every minute, and to stand there and look at what I've created, yeah I'm proud.

When you receive reviews and feedback from customers you've created a cake for, it makes you feel like what your doing is worth it. Creating and running your own business is not for the faint hearted, it takes alot of determination and patience.

I was contacted from a lovely customer Geraldine. It was her daughters 40th birthday coming up and she wanted to create a cake. She sent me some ideas of what she wanted. She told me her daughter was into geography and obviously with her birthday in September, September flowers would look lovely on it. I created purple asters and morning glory flowers from flower paste.We also created 50 cupcakes and 8 gluten free cupcakes to match the cake. I think i did great, what do you think.
