DEPOSITS: Cake orders are not co
nfirmed until a deposit is paid. All orders require a 50% non refundable deposit. If a deposit is not paid the cake will not be baked. FRESHNESS: Cupcakes are baked on the day they are collected and are best eaten within 24/48 hours. Large cakes are baked 24 hours prior to collection and are best eaten within 3 days, but can last much longer. I can only guarantee freshness if cakes are stored correctly and eaten within my timescale. Cakes should be stored in the box they are presented to you in, kept in a cool place (not a fridge) and out of sunlight. TRANSPORT OF CAKES: After collecting your cake please only transport it in your car on a flat surface such as in the boot or the footwell. Do not transport on your car seat or on a passengers lap as the cake needs to stay flat. Once a cake has been collected and you are happy with it I can not take responsibility for any damage occurred in transportation. If you require a strong corrugated transport box please ask in advance so I can purchase one for you, these will be an additional cost and the price depends on the size of the box. By ordering a cake from me you agree to all of the above terms and conditions. PHOTOS: I have copyright on all of my photos, most are watermarked with my logo. I do not mind if you want to copy the design of my cakes but I do ask, out of courtesy, that you credit me with the original design. I always try to do the same if I am given a photo by a customer of a cake they have seen and want similar. However, this is not always possible if there is no watermark or name of who made the cake.
