OCTOBER ALREADY!! 😲

Anyone else feel this year has been playing in fast forward mode?!

October is Mini Bakes Birthday month, WOO!!

Today marks another year of Mini Bakes! 🥳

6 years ago, yes 6 years ago I started Mini Bakes.
Not sure where the time has gone!

And 2 years ago I got the keys to this little shop.😲

Wow! I Can't believe something that started in my home kitchen then led to us to running this amazing wee shop.

We have grown a fantastic amount of regular customers and I am so grateful for every one of you. Those who maybe choose to come to us for their coffee instead of the coffee giants near by. Your support is much appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoy everyday serving you all. Chatting and getting to know you all, I now know probably over 50 of our regular customer names (okay apologies I may forget some of them)! I know your favourites, how you like your coffee, your favourite sandwich etc!

And I think this is what helps make so many of you, returning customers. And of course all those treats you enjoy too! 😊

Mini Bakes wouldn't be where is today without you all. And we can see its growing every day, with new customers all the time (who then return!). So I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who supports us. Your support is what helps this little dream alive and support our wee family. The boys will be joining us before we know it 😂.

And of course have to thank the family too as none of it would be possible without them.

I have some extra sausage rolls available if anyone would like.

Each Box conain 5 sausage rolls and is a random mix of Pork, Pork & Onion, Pork & Chorizo, Pork & black Pudding.

£10 Each

IMPORTANT - MARKET CANCELLED

Unfortunately we have just been informed that the market we were attending in Elgin High street had been cancelled due to weather.

As I have been busy baking the last day or two in preperation I now have extra stock which will be available in the shop tomorrow.
Open 8.30 - 4pm.

We will have:
Chocolate Brownies
Spiced Toffee Apple Blondies
Sticky Toffee Loafs (plus extra sauce available)
Apple Crumble Loaf Cake
Carrot Cake (GF)
Fudge Slice
Salted Caramel Fudge
Tablet

And other Tasty Wee Bites.

Some of these are already Pre-packed and ready to go.
I also have some extra Gluten Free Saisage rolls already cooked off ready to go.

If you would like to pre-order anything just let me know. Or alternatively pop into the shop and see our full range.

Hopefully we will see some of yous in the shop tomorrow.

⚠️ Market Postponement Update ⚠️

Unfortunately, the weather has got the better of us and due to the forecasted high winds we have made the difficult decision to postpone the market.
With the wind conditions expected, it is simply not safe or legally possible for us to trade and the safety of our traders, visitors and team has to come first.
