Edzell, Brechin, Aberdeenshire and Angus cakes I trained in traditional royal icing and sugar and marzipan modelling, and hold professional qualifications in confectionery.

On completion of my training, I gained further experience as a specialist confectioner working at an exclusive bakery and confectionery outlet in Peru. I have about 10 years experience in the confectionary industry . When I lived in Peru I was self- employed and produced many bespoke cakes made whih fruit , sponge, chocolate, carrot, vanilla, etc. For example wedding cake, celebration cakes , nove

lty cakes and cake toppers and sugar flowers; anything that you might want in sugar and marzipan. I started my bakery training 12 years ago when I studied bakery at Sant Rosa College in Lima – Peru. This course tought me the many aspects involved in making different styles of cakes. I started my confectionary training 11 years ago at the same college where I studied a confectionary baking. I trained in traditional royal icing and marzipan and sugar modelling. SKILLS
I have a lot of creativity and an eye for designing cakes, that I prepare for any occasion. I am capable of making any design to your own taste


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I then chose to turn independent, whereupon being freed of the commercial pressures have been able to provide a level of personal service second to none, where every cake is as special to me as it is to you.
