1. Italy with childhood friends (last minute, obviously).
2. An elopement cake I was so honoured to make.
3. Wonton-making sessions.
4. A beautiful lady’s 70th.
5. An under-the-sea cake for the most refined two-year-old I know — earl grey and lemon with lemon curd and white chocolate buttercream, because why not.
6. Three sisters flying in from the States for a milestone.
7. The most stunning turquoise water at Santa Maria in Nardò.
8. Lecce and all its baroque glory.
9. Peonies absolutely taking over my garden (no complaints). 10. Clubbing with my kids (yes, really 💃🏽).
11. Ganache saving the day in the warm weather.
12. Floral arranging.
13. Garden drinks.
14. Minis flying out the door all month long.
15. Little Zoe turning three.
16. That sunset at Santa Caterina beach.
17. A wedding cake setup at the gorgeous .
18. Surprising my best friend for her birthday.
19. And then — back to the ovens.
Somehow it all happened in 31 days.
