All cake orders have to be confirmed by making a deposit of £5-£50 depending on the cake. No order will be entered into the diary until a deposit & contact number has been received. Payments can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer, even post it through the door! If so make sure you put the deposit in an envelope with: your name, contact number, what cake, date it's for & how much you have paid. We

will always confirm once a payment has been made. PLEASE NOTE if cancelled 3 months before the order is due no deposit will be refunded. Two weeks before the order is due we will send you details either through our page, contact number or email of your order to confirm, the details that are confirmed will be what we go by for your order! We will confirm your order of your choice so please read them carefully and let us know if anything should be changed. FabbyDabbyCakes is usually collection only, but if you are unable to collect we might be able to deliver with fuel cost. Wedding cakes will be delivered to the venue within reason and also set up by ourselves. Every wedding cake we make & set up we will take photos to prove the cake was perfect when we left, so if for some reason the cake is damaged on your arrival then you would know it's not due to us. When a cake leaves collection it is out of our hands we will not refund any costs. The ingredients we use do not contain nuts and stored in the correct place.
