Find the Zopf, Prezel, Fruit tart and for the first time hot quiche as well with some nice breads.

As announced, Raclette and Racdog will be available as well.

Good morning everyone.

The Shop at North Leith Sands is OPEN AGAIN from TODAY. It's now beeing run under the flag of Bakery Andante.

Daniel stays in the business and doing the markets in behalf of Bakery Andante. He also carries on with the Raclette on the markets. And you can book him for your events.

At the moment we do a trial range and it's not the same range as you used to find at Daniel's. But we will adapt our range as soon as we find out what the needs are.

So please come in and find out what's going on. Look forward to welcoming you and see some familiar faces.

Saturday will be our last "business as usual"-day❗❗ Head to the bakery and enjoy artisan bread, mouthwatering pastries, street food style Swiss Raclette and Racdog (Sausage and Raclette) - open Saturday 24/12/2016 until 2pm.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear customers, much to our regret we have to announce that we have to close our bakery. The 24th December will be our last day in business.

It is planned, that Daniel will work for the new owner but we’re not sure at this stage if the new owner of the bakery will keep the shop running. Some topics are not finally discussed, so it might also be possible that you will find some of our products on various markets as usual.

It is a huge personal matter to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to all our high valued customers who supported us since we’ve opened our wee bakery shop.

We will be happy to see some of you this week and maybe we will having a glass of wine at our Raclette events at 23rd and 24th December right in front of our shop.
