This weeks cupcakes:

-Milk and cookies: chocolate chip sponge topped with vanilla buttercream, chocolate chips, mini cookies and a pipette of gold top milk
-Banana, caramel and brown butter: banana sponge filled with caramel, topped with brown butter buttercream, more caramel, banana chip with edible gold leaf
-Chocolate hazelnut Nutella: chocolate hazelnut sponge filled with Nutella, topped with Nutella buttercream, more Nutella, chopped hazelnut and a chocolate curl
-Passion fruit, yuzu and white chocolate: vanilla sponge filled with passion fruit and yuzu creme, topped with white chocolate buttercream, more passion fruit and yuzu creme, passion fruit crunch and edible flowers

-Summer berry Victoria: vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam, vanilla buttercream and summer berries
-Raspberry lemon: lemon sponge filled with raspberry jam, raspberry buttercream and a fresh raspberry
-Chocolate Oreo creme egg: Oreo base, chocolate sponge filled with oreo filling, topped with oreo buttercream, oreo crumbs and a mini creme egg
-Strawberry pistachio: toasted pistachio sponge filled with strawberry jam, topped with pistachio buttercream, more strawberry jam, a fresh strawberry and toasted pistachio crumbs

Announcement!! I have decided to switch things up a bit with our menu style! As many of you know, I have been creating 6 different cupcakes, 3-4 different styles of traybake and a variety of biscuits every week for over 2 and a half years now so I’ve decided to test the water and switch things up! I have made the decision to try out some savoury baking, starting with focaccia bread this weekend. I will still have a variety of cupcakes and traybakes available for my amazing customers who have a sweet tooth but wanted to broaden what we have available. To allow me to test out new recipes and make sure everything is Sweet Bella’s standard, for the next few weeks, we will only be open on a Saturday. This is only temporary to allow me more time to concentrate on new bakes. If you would like to pre order any of our menu this week pop us a message, I really hope you all love everything 💛

This weeks funfair cupcake menu:

-Candy floss: candy floss flavoured sponge with candy floss buttercream topped with a mini stick of candy floss
-Chocolate caramel pretzel: chocolate sponge filled with chocolate pretzel and almond filling, topped with caramel buttercream, caramel and chocolate pretzel
-Blue raspberry shaved ice: blueberry sponge filled with raspberry jam topped with blueberry and raspberry buttercream, sugaring sand and a straw
-Nutella and cinnamon sugar doughnut: cinnamon sponge filled with Nutella, topped with Nutella buttercream and a mini cinnamon sugar doughnut
-Hot dog (although it looks like a taco 😂) vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream piped like a hot dog
-Vanilla 99: vanilla sponge topped with vanilla buttercream, sprinkles and a flake

Introducing our Easter menu! Pre orders are open now for collection on Saturday the 4th of April! To allow us to make plenty sweet treats we will be only open on Saturday that weekend. We will also be giving away not 1 but 2 Jellycat’s for Easter! From Friday the 20th of March, we will have blank Easter egg pictures available to pick up at the shop. Your job is to decorate it in any way you like. Everyone who hands it back in to us decorated on Saturday the 4th will receive an Easter prize pack but 2 people will win one of the following prizes.
Ultimate prize: Jellycat juniper bunny
Secondary prize: Jellycat fawn flufflet bunny.
There will be a limited amount of Easter egg blank drawings which will all be numbered so please only take one if you definitely want to take part. Each piece of paper will be numbered and on the 3rd of April we will randomly choose 2 numbers and when you come by on the 4th I will check your number to see your prize. Good luck!! 💛
