It's National Croissant Day (in the USA at least) but what a great excuse to give a shout-out to one of my favourite local businesses - Crazy Croissant].

Leith-based Crazy Croissant] is aiming to be the Krispy Kreme of the croissant world and these might possibly have been the best croissants I've ever had 🥐🥐

If you're in Edinburgh, you should definitely head to their wee shop for one of the best croissants you'll ever have.

Today marks Croissant Day. Another delicious treat to eat with a cup of tea, coffee or anything else that takes your fancy. I think I'll have one for breakfast.

It also made me think of our friend Crazy Croissant who we are sure is making the most of today.
