A very special cake for Jim’s 80th birthday.
Special because not only the request from Jean-Michel Gauffre was… unique 🤔 « Ginger, liquorice, Irn Bru and Rolls Royce » but also because this old man means a great deal to me and I couldn’t mess it up ! Pressure was on ! It was a great challenge, I loved it and the flavours works very well together ! I really hope everyone enjoyed it 🙂

Happy birthday to my friend Jan who celebrate 7 today. Instructions were clear, no theme, just chocolate and feed a crowd of 20 kids !
The tray bake was the solution ! With a lots of fruits, sprinkles & sweets. And it was a great party 🎈

The funny things about theme cake is that you never know what you will be asked ! This special cake is for my friend Victor who absolutely love EasyJet & Ryanair. It left me no choice but practice my fondant skills. Not completely there yet but what a fun !
